Darba uzdevumi: • Analizēt zinātnisko literatūru par digitālo tehnoloģiju nozīmi klientu apkalpošanā publiskajā pārvaldē. • Izpētīt VID izmantotos digitālos rīkus, pašreizējo klientu apkalpošanas sistēmu un arī citu valstu nodokļu iestāžu digitālo risinājumu pieejas; • Novērtēt šo rīku ietekmi uz klientu apmierinātību veicot aptauju. • Identificēt galvenos izaicinājumus un ierobežojumus jaunu tehnoloģiju ieviešanā. • Izstrādāt priekšlikumus VID klientu apkalpošanas uzlabošanai ar digitālo rīku palīdzību, pārbaudot izvirzīto hipotēzi. Pētījumā izmantotas zinātniskās literatūras analīzes, normatīvo aktu analīzes, statistikas datu analīzes un aptaujas metodes. Darba autore veikusi respondentu aptaujas datu apkopošanu un analīzi, izvērtējot EDS kā svarīga digitālā rīka ietekmi uz klientu apkalpošanu. Darbs sastāv no ievada, četrām nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem, izmantotās literatūras un informācijas avotu saraksta, kā arī pielikumiem. Pirmajā nodaļā apskatīti digitālo tehnoloģiju un klientu apkalpošanas teorētiskie aspekti. Otrajā nodaļā raksturota VID klientu apkalpošana un digitālo rīku izmantošana Baltijas valstīs. Trešajā nodaļā veikt izklāsts par pētījumam izmantoto metodoloģiju. Ceturtajā nodaļā veikta aptaujas datu analīze un digitālo rīku ietekmes izvērtējums. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka VID digitālie rīki būtiski uzlabo pakalpojumu pieejamību, samazina klientu apkalpošanas laiku un veicina efektīvāku informācijas apriti. Vienlaikus tika konstatētas problēmas, kas saistītas ar sistēmu pārslodzi, lietojamību un nepieciešamību pilnveidot digitālo vidi atbilstoši lietotāju vajadzībām. The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is “The Impact of Digital Tools and Technologies on Customer Service at the State Revenue Service.” Hypothesis of the thesis: The introduction of digital tools and new technologies will improve the quality of customer service at the State Revenue Service. Objective of the thesis: To investigate and analyze which digital tools and technologies are used and how they influence customer service at the State Revenue Service. Tasks of the thesis: 1. Analyze the scientific literature on the role of digital technologies in customer service within public administration. 2. Examine the digital tools used by the SRS, the current customer service system, and the approaches to digital solutions adopted by tax authorities in other countries; 3. Assess the impact of these tools on customer satisfaction through a survey. 4. Identify the main challenges and limitations in the implementation of new technologies. 5. Develop proposals for improving SRS customer service with the help of digital tools, testing the proposed hypothesis. The study utilized methods such as analysis of scientific literature, analysis of regulatory acts, analysis of statistical data, and surveys. The author of this thesis collected and analyzed survey data from respondents, evaluating the impact of the EDS as an important digital tool on customer service. The thesis consists of an introduction, four chapters, conclusions and recommendations, a list of references and sources of information, as well as appendices. The first chapter examines the theoretical aspects of digital technologies and customer service. Chapter 2 describes customer service at the State Revenue Service (SRS) and the use of digital tools in the Baltic states. Chapter 3 provides an overview of the methodology used in the study. Chapter 4 presents an analysis of the survey data and an assessment of the impact of digital tools.The study’s results show that the SRS’s digital tools significantly improve service accessibility, reduce customer service time, and promote more efficient information flow. At the same time, issues were identified related to system overload, usability, and the need to improve the digital environment to meet user needs.
