Ventspils: Ventspils Augstskola 2026 Digitāli radīts latviešu Ventspils Augstskolas Ekonomikas un pārvaldības fakultātes profesionālās bakalaura studiju programmas "Vadībzinātne" 4. kursa studente Oksana Rižova ir izstrādājusi bakalaura darbu ar nosaukumu "Jauno tehnoloģiju ieviešanas ietekme uz mazumtirdzniecības uzņēmuma "X" darbību". Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izvērtēt jauno tehnoloģiju ieviešanas ietekmi uz mazumtirdzniecības uzņēmuma "X" darbības efektivitāti un izstrādāt priekšlikumus tās pilnveidošanai. Darba hipotēze: digitālo tehnoloģiju ieviešana mazumtirdzniecības uzņēmumā "X" samazina manuālā darba apjomu un uzņēmuma darbības izmaksas Bakalaura darbu veido trīs nodaļas. Pirmajā nodaļā autore veikusi jauno tehnoloģiju teorētisko aspektu mazumtirdzniecībā pārskatu, analizējot tehnoloģisko inovāciju lomu uzņēmumu attīstībā un konkurētspējas stiprināšanā. Nodaļā raksturoti galvenie digitālie risinājumi, kas ietekmē mazumtirdzniecības vidi, tostarp cenu pārvaldības digitalizācija, tādējādi veidojot teorētisko pamatu pētījumam. Otrajā nodaļā sniegts uzņēmuma "X" raksturojums un veikta esošās situācijas analīze, izmantojot iekšējos datus un novērošanas metodi, lai identificētu tradicionālā cenu maiņas procesa radītās problēmas. Darba trešajā nodaļā analizēta jauno tehnoloģiju ieviešanas ietekme uz uzņēmuma darbību. Tajā empīriski pamatots elektronisko cenu zīmju un pašapkalpošanās risinājumu ieguldījums darba organizācijas optimizācijā, manuālā darba apjoma samazināšanā un izmaksu mazināšanā Darba noslēgumā izstrādāti priekšlikumi tehnoloģiju pakāpeniskai ieviešanai, darbinieku pienākumu sadalījuma pārskatīšanai un ilgtspējas tēla stiprināšanai, kuru izmantošana varētu palīdzēt veicināt uzņēmuma "X" darbības efektivitāti un klientu apkalpošanas kvalitāti. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 29 lappuses, un tajā ir iekļautas 7 tabulas, 3 attēli. Darbā izmantoti 39 literatūras un citi avoti. A fourth-year student of the professional bachelor’s study programme “Management Science” at the Faculty of Economics and Management of Ventspils University of Applied Sciences, Oksana Rižova, has developed a bachelor’s thesis titled “The Impact of the Implementation of New Technologies on the Operations of Retail Company ‘X’.” The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to evaluate the impact of the implementation of new technologies on the operational efficiency of retail company “X” and to develop proposals for its improvement. The hypothesis of the thesis is that the implementation of digital technologies in retail company “X” reduces the amount of manual labour and the company’s operating costs. The bachelor’s thesis consists of three chapters. In the first chapter, the author provides an overview of the theoretical aspects of new technologies in retail, analysing the role of technological innovations in business development and strengthening competitiveness. The chapter describes the main digital solutions affecting the retail environment, including the digitalisation of price management, thereby forming the theoretical basis for the research. The second chapter provides a description of company “X” and an analysis of the current situation, using internal data and the observation method to identify problems arising from the traditional price change process. The third chapter analyses the impact of the implementation of new technologies on the company’s operations. It empirically substantiates the contribution of electronic shelf labels and self-service solutions to the optimisation of work organisation, reduction of manual labour, and cost savings. In the conclusion, proposals are developed for the gradual implementation of technologies, revision of the distribution of employee responsibilities, and strengthening of the company’s sustainability image. The application of these proposals could help improve the operational efficiency of company “X” and the quality of customer service. The bachelor’s thesis comprises 29 pages and includes 7 tables and 3 figures. A total of 39 literature sources and other references have been used.
