<p>Vieglprātīgi gaisīgā Ragana dzīvo kopā ar savu pelēko runci, klausās tango mūziku un priecājas par dzīvi. Vēl aizraujošāk ir tad, kad pavisam parasta diena pārvēršas piedzīvojumā un kļūst par gluži neparastu dienu.</p>
<p>Burvju pogu, kas spēj izmainīt pasauli un padarīt to priecīgāku, Ragana atrada jau Nila Skapāna iepriekšējā filmā <em>Raganas poga </em>(2006), un tas ir instruments, kas ļauj pilnā mērā izmantot plastilīna tehnikas piedāvātās vizuālo pārvērtību iespējas. Filma izrādīta 60. Berlināles jubilejas programmā <em>Generation</em>, tādējādi apliecinot režisora Nila Skapāna stabilo vietu pasaules animācijas elitē.</p>

<p><span>The irresponsible, frivolous Witch lives together with her grey cat, listens to tango music on the gramophone and enjoys life. It is even more interesting when a completely ordinary day turns into an adventure and becomes a very unusual day. </span></p>
<p><span>The magic button that can change the world and make it happier was found by the witch in the previous film by Nils Skapāns, <em>The Witch\'s Button</em> (2006). This magic button is an instrument that allows for the full use of the claymation technique in making visual transformations. <em>Wonderful Day </em>was screened as a part of the 60th jubilee programme of the Berlinale <em>Generation</em> section, in this way testifying to the stable place occupied by Nils Skapāns amongst the world\'s animation elite. </span></p>
