Loengrīns no Varka Kru

<p>Filma ir radošs latviešu kamaniņu braucēja Mārtiņa Rubeņa portrets. Mārtiņš Rubenis ir izcils sportists, 2006. gadā Turīnā viņš izcīnīja Latvijai sen gaidīto pirmo medaļu ziemas olimpiskajās spēlēs, daudzus spēcīgus konkurentus atstājot aiz godalgoto vietu pjedestāla. Vienlaicīgi ar pirmajiem panākumiem profesionālajā sportā Mārtiņš kļuva pazīstams uz Latvijas alternatīvās mūzikas skatuvēm kā DJ Betons, domubiedru apvienības <em>Varka Kru</em> dalībnieks (<em>Varka ­</em>- no krievu val. <em>vārīties</em>, <em>Kru </em>– no angļu val. grupa, <em>komanda</em>).</p>
<p>Gluži kā viduslaiku bruņinieks Loengrīns, Mārtiņš Rubenis savās kamanās ierodas mūsu zemē, lai izcīnītu cīņu - ar pretinieku, ar sevi, ar laiku un pasauli.</p>
