Villu Medem uzcēla (1818. gadā) klasicisma stilā kā grāfu Medemu ārpilsētas rezidenci pēc arhitekta Johana Georga Berlica projekta. Tā bija vienstāvu dzīvojamā ēka ar paaugstinātu centrālo daļu un portiku ieejas priekšā. Ēku atjaunoja pēc Otrā Pasaules kara (no 1946. gada līdz 1954. gadam)
