Sistēmas izstrādē pielietotas mūsdienīgas tehnoloģijas, tai skaitā Spring satvars un MySQL, kā arī ReactJS bibliotēka, u.c. Darbā detalizēti aprakstīti tehniskie risinājumi, kas nodrošina sistēmas darbību un loģiku. Līdz šim VSRC zinātniskā personāla plānu izstrāde tika veikta manuāli, kas bija laikietilpīga un neefektīva. Izstrādātās sistēmas prototips centralizē šo procesu, nodrošinot vienotu platformu plānu administrēšanai, izveidei un pārvaldībai. Risinājuma kvalitātes un uzticamības nodrošināšanai tika veikta visaptveroša testēšana, izmantojot Cypress, JUnit, JaCoCo un SonarLint programrisinājumus un bibliotēkas, tādējādi apliecinot izstrādātās sistēmas atbilstību mūsdienu programmatūras izstrādes standartiem. Izstrādātā sistēma nodrošina lomu balstītu piekļuves kontroli, atšķirot administratoru, nodaļu vadītāju un darbinieku tiesības. Risinājums ietver iespēju eksportēt darbinieku izstrādātos plānus Word formātā un automātiski tos nosūtīt e-pastā, kā arī nodrošina administratoriem centralizētu un elastīgu plānošanas termiņu pārvaldību.

- Title: Design, development and testing of a prototype of the VSRC scientific staff performance management system Author: Annija Stateviča Supervisor: Lecturer and researcher, Mg.sc.comp. Karina Šķirmante. Scope of the work: 77 pages, 19 tables, 19 images, 36 code fragments, 56 biographical references, 10 appendices. Keywords: RESULTS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, VSRC, SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT AND TESTING. The thesis presents the design, development, and testing of a prototype for the VSRC scientific personnel results management system, aimed at automating and optimizing the annual planning process at the Ventspils International Radio Astronomy Centre (VSRC). Modern technologies were used in the system’s development, including the Spring framework, MySQL, and the ReactJS library, among others. The thesis also provides a detailed description of the technical solutions that ensure the system’s functionality and logic. Until now, the development of plans for VSRC scientific personnel was carried out manually, making the process time-consuming and inefficient. The developed system prototype centralizes this process by providing a unified platform for plan administration, creation, and management. To ensure the quality and reliability of the solution, comprehensive testing was performed using Cypress, JUnit, JaCoCo, and SonarLint tools and libraries, thereby demonstrating the system’s compliance with modern software development standards. The developed system provides role-based access control, distinguishing the permissions of administrators, department managers, and employees. The solution includes the ability to export employee-created plans in Word format and automatically send them via email, while also providing administrators with centralized and flexible management of planning deadlines.
