Abstract (latvian):

Uzcelts ap 1330.gadu, 1892.gadā rekonstruējis arhitekts H. Hilbigs, aizbūvējot 19.gs. otrajā pusē pret pilsētas pusi daļēji nobrukušo torni un sienu; celtnē ierīko vācu studentu korporācijas "Rubonia" telpas un pret vecpilsētu izveido augstu neogotisku zelmini. 20.gs. trīsdesmitajos gados (1934-1938) pēc arhitekta A. Galindoma projekta piebūvēti jauni korpusi ar neoeklektisku korintiskā ordera pilastru motīvu fasādēs.
