2003. gada festivāls veltīts "mediju arhitektūras" tēmai. Festivāla ietvaros notika starptautiska konference par informācijas tīklu un post-modernās urbānās ģeogrāfijas savstarpējām sakarībām, uzmanību pievēršot arī GPS, mobilo tehnoloģiju un bezvadu tīklu attīstībai.
Vienotā vides koncepcija ("light affair") manifestēja RIXC topošās Mediju telpas procesuālās transformācijas un mediju sintēzes ideju.
Abstract (english):
The festival of the year 2003 has been devoted to the theme 'Media Architecture'. In the framework of the festival, there was also an international conference on the mutial relationships between post-modern urban geography and information networks, touching also GPS, mobile technologies and developments of wireless networks.
The unified concept 'Light Affair' manifested the idea of the developing RIXC 'media space' processual transformation and media sythesis.
