Abstract (english):
When opening the work "CareTaker" one is presented with several survailance video streams from all over the world. Above those there are directions: one shall watch them closely to notice if any suspicious activities take place, and if so, one must notify the police through the window right below. The work can be referenced to a similairly carried-out idea by Heath Bunting in work "World Wide Watch" (1997).
