- Maģistra darba tēma ir kultūras patēriņa un līdzdalības specifika pierobežas teritoriju kultūras centros. Tiek salīdzināti divi novadi Ilūkstes novads, kas atrodas pierobežā un Aizputes novads, kas neatrodas pierobežā, bet ir citādi pielīdzināms Ilūkstes novadam. Pierobežas reģionos ir šķietami zems kultūras patēriņs un līdzdalība, par to liecina gan 2007. veiktais Kultūras patēriņa pētījums, gan 2014. gada Latvijas iedzīvotāju kultūras patēriņš un līdzdalība kultūras aktiviātēs 2007-2014: pētījumu dati un statistika, kas veikti pēc Valsts Kultūrkapitāla fonda pasūtījuma. Pētījumos atspoguļoti vairāki iemesli, kādēļ netiek pietiekami apmeklēti kultūras pasākumi pilsētās un arī reģionos, tomēr nav skaidrs, vai tas ir raksturīgs novadiem lauku teritorijās kopumā vai tomēr pierobežas novados ir kādi papildus ietekmes faktori. Tā kā tieši kultūras centri (kultūras nami) piedāvā visdažādākā veida aktivitātes un ir sastopami ikvienā novadā, tad salīdzinošā aspekta nolūkos, tiek izvēlēti par maģistra darba pētāmo objektu.
- Abstract (english):
- The theme of the Master’s thesis is the characteristics of the culture consumption and participation in border area culture centers. Ilūkste district which is located in the border area and Aizputes district which is not were compared. The goal of the research is to find out what are the factors impacting consumption of culture and participation, are there any specific factors impacting them in the border area districts, and how border area districts could facilitate the participation. The research includes the analysis of the theoretical materials describing the notions of the consumption of culture and participation, the role of culture organizations, and examines the specific characteristics of border area district. By comparing border area and non-border area districts, the research reflects the culture centers’ problems of culture consumption and participation. It was concluded that the factors impacting participation do not differ substantially between both districts, nevertheless, there are factors that influence the border area district more. The most significant factors are the budget allocated for culture, the purchasing power, the value system of individuals, the influence of technologies and ageing of audience and amateur art group members. The master thesis consists of 100 pages, 16 appendixes, 3 images.
