Abstract (latvian):

Bakalaura darba autorei, jau izstrādājot otro kursa darbu 2013./2014. studiju gada ietvaros par nevalstiskā teātra “Skatuve” kā jauno un topošo mākslinieku platformu, notika saskaršanās ar teātra māju “Zirgu pasts”, kas ir viena no platformām, atbildīgajām bāzes ēkām Latvijas Kultūras akadēmijas Teātra un audiovizuālās mākslas studentiem. Iepriekšējā pētnieciskā darba ietvaros tika veikta intervija ar teātra zinātnieku, bijušo LKA rektoru profesoru Jāni Siliņu, kuras noslēgumā tika iegūta visa nepieciešamā informācija par nevalstiskā teātra “Skatuve” saistībām ar LKA, taču akadēmijas studentu bāžu saistībā iezīmējās “Zirgu pasta” skopi apkopotā vēsture un tās nepieejamība, kas darba autori jau tad neatstāja vienaldzīgu. Šajā beidzamajā bakalaura studiju gadā savukārt darba autore vairāk apzināti meklēja saskarsmi un centās iepazīties ar Latvijas Kultūras akadēmijas sturkutūrvienībām, kā rezultātā patiešām tika apstiprināts fakts par LKA Teātra un audiovizuālās katedras ēkas līdz galam neatklāto un neapkopoto vēsturi, kas ir pretēji salīdzinājumā ar daudzām citām LKA struktūrvienības ēkām, kuru izcelsme un vēsturiskā gaita ir plašāk pieejama, piemēram, Latvijas Kultūras akadēmijas ēku Ludzas ielā 24, Latvijas Kultūras koledžas, Rīgas Kino muzeja, Eduarda Smiļģa Teātra muzeja ēkām. Lai arī ēku kultūras mantojums galvenokārt asociējas ar to arhitektonisko (materiālo) mantojumu, šajā darbā autore centīsies uzmanību pievērst tam, kas vairāk nekā gadsimta gaitā ir risinājies ēkas telpās, pētot, vai ēkā darbojošās kopienas kaut kādā veidā viena otrai ir nodevušas dažāda veida nemateriālās kultūras tradīcijas un ietekmējušas ēkas kultūrvidi un atmosfēru.

Abstract (english):

In comparison to other structural units of the Latvian Academy of Culture so called the house of theatre “Zirgu pasts” (nowadays serves as a base for the Department of Theatre and Audio-visual Arts) had no chronologically gathered and avilable expanded history. The main idea and goal as well of this bachelor thesis (“The Cultural and Historic Aspects of The House of Theatre “Zirgu Pasts””) was to do a researh of the history of the building to: 1) clarify its history by reseraching the history of the institutions located in the building during the last century; 2) find out the intangible cultural heritage (in form of the oral folklore traditions and the cultural space) of the house by interviewing former students of Riga Secondary School of Applied Arts and students/professors who studied/worked in the Latvian Academy of Culture in the early 1990'ies. There is still some information missing about the history of the house, e.g. about the time period from 1874. - 1908. is just know that it was rented to unknown people. By following the prognathous tasks of the work the author managed to collect the information about the three main institutions from the first half of 20th century – O.Lisina Russian Girls Gymnasium, Polish Theatre in Riga and the Latvian Women's National League Weaving School – as well as gave insight into the basic history of Riga Secondary School of Applied Arts and the Latvian Academy of Culture. The main conclusions based on the theories and interviews are: 1) there are no or is not preserved significant oral folklore traditions form the begining of the last century; 2) it is possible to talk about the cultural space (mutually not connected to each other) as a form of intangible cultural heritage in both communities form Riga Secondary School of Applied Arts and the Latvian Academy of Culture.
