Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Sabiedrības attieksme pret uzņēmējdarbību Latvijā:
reputācijas faktoru izpēte”. Darba autore ir Zane Ābola un tēmu pamato ar to, ka darba
ņēmēji izvēloties potenciālo darba vietu skatās arī uz uzņēmumu reputāciju un tā tēlu
sabiedrībā, nevis tikai atalgojumu. Tēmas aktualitāte pamatota ar to, ka mūsdienās darba
ņēmējiem atalgojums nav vienīgais kritērijs pēc, kura izvēlas darbu un darba devējs rada
vidi un apstākļus, kas piesaistītu darbiniekus.
Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt reputācijas faktorus un teorijas, kas veido un,
kas var ietekmēt uzņēmumu reputāciju, kā arī analizēt iegūtos datus un informāciju ar
salīdzināšanas metodi, kā arī izstrādāt secinājumus un priekšlikumus.
Bakalaura darba pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt un izvērtēt, kā uzņēmumu reputāciju
veidojošie faktori var ietekmēt sabiedrības attieksmi, profesionālo tēlu un sadarbības
iespējas Latvijā.
Darba autore bakalaura darba mērķu sasniegšanai izvirzīja četrus nepieciešamus
uzdevumus:
1. Veikt literatūras analīzi par uzņēmējdarbību un sabiedrības attieksmi Latvijā. Kā
arī literatūras analīzi par reputāciju un tās faktoriem;
2. Teorētiski aprakstīt un izpētīt uzņēmumu reputācijas veidošanās iezīmes,
sabiedrības iezīmes un Latvijas uzņēmējdarbības iezīmes;
3. Izstrādāt salīdzinošu analīzi par trīs Latvijas uzņēmumu reputāciju veidojošiem
faktoriem;
4. Izstrādāt secinājumus un priekšlikumus par sabiedrības attieksmi pret
uzņēmējdarbību Latvijā un kādi faktori ietekmē to.
Bakalaura darbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām - teorijas, faktu daļas, analīzes un
secinājumiem kopā ar priekšlikumiem.
Pirmajā nodaļā darba autore apraksta teoriju par attieksmes un reputācijas
jēdzieniem. Apskata trīs teorijas, kas veidojušas reputācijas faktorus - uz resursiem
balstīts skatījums, sociālā pieeja un institucionālā pieeja. Apskata reputācijas faktorus,
kas nosaka uzņēmumu reputāciju.
Otrā nodaļa ir faktu daļa par uzņēmumu reputācijas nozīmi Latvijā. Darba autore
apskata Latvijas uzņēmējdarbības vides raksturojumu un kāda ir nozīme reputācijai
Latvijas uzņēmumos. Kā arī apraksta Latvijas uzņēmumu reitingus - “Latvijas vērtīgāko
uzņēmumu TOP101” un “TOP darba devējs”.
Trešā nodaļa ir analīzes daļa par reputācijas faktoru ietekmi uz uzņēmumu
profesionālo tēlu un sadarbības iespējām. Darba autore izmantojot salīdzināšanas metodi
un gadījumu analīzes metodi analizē trīs uzņēmumu stipros un vājos reputācijas faktorus.
Darba autore analizē trīs uzņēmumus savstarpēji salīdzinot, kā arī analizē sniegtos
bonusus darba piedāvājumā un apskata uzņēmumu sociālos tīklus. Nodaļas nobeigumā
darba autore arī apstiprina izvirzīto hipotēzi.
Ceturtajā nodaļā darba autore sniedz savus priekšlikumus un secinājumus par
darba tēmu “Sabiedrības attieksme pret uzņēmējdarbību Latvijā: reputācijas faktoru
izpēte”. Būtiskākie pētījuma rezultāti ir tādi, ka reputācija ir svarīga uzņēmējdarbības
veicējam un katrs cilvēks individuāli var novērtēt uzņēmuma reputāciju pēc saviem
ieskatiem.
Darbā kopā ir 38 lapaspušu, 7 attēli un 2 tabulas. Darbā galvenokārt izmantoti
avoti no valsts oficiālām mājas lapām, dažādiem ziņu rakstiem, uzņēmumu mājas lapām
un to sociāliem tīkliem. Darbā iekļauti arī avoti no angļu valodas. Kopā izmantotā
literatūra ir 81.
Abstract (english):
The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is “Society’s Attitude Towards
Entrepreneurship in Latvia: Research on Reputation Factors”. The author of the thesis is
Zane Ābola and the topic is based on fact that when choosing a potential job, employees
also look at the reputation of the company and its image in society, not just the salary.
The relevance of the topic is based on the fact that nowadays, salary is not the only
criterion for employees to choose a job and the employer creates an environment and
conditions that would attract employees.
The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to study the reputation factors and theories that
form the reputation of companies, as well as to analyze the obtained data and information
using the comparison method, ass well as to develop conclusion and proposals.
The aim of bachelor’s thesis research is to study and evaluate how the factors that
form the reputation of companies can affect the public’s attitude, professional image and
cooperation opportunities in Latvia.
The author of the thesis set four tasks to achieve the goals of bachelor’s thesis:
1. To conduct a literature analysis on entrepreneurship and public attitude in Latvia.
As well as an analysis of the literature on reputation and its factors;
2. Theoretically describe and study the characteristics of corporate reputation
formation, characteristics of society and characteristics of Latvian
entrepreneurship;
3. Develop a comparative analysis of three factors that shape the reputation of
Latvian companies;
4. Develop conclusions and proposals on the public's attitude towards
entrepreneurship in Latvia and what factors influence it.
The bachelor's thesis consists of four chapters - theory, factual part, analysis and
conclusions together with proposals.
In the first chapter, the author of the thesis describes the theory of the concepts of
attitude and reputation. Examines three theories that have formed reputation factors -
resource-based view, social approach and institutional approach. Examines reputation
factors that determine corporate reputation.
The second chapter is a factual part on the importance of corporate reputation in
Latvia. The author of the thesis examines the characteristics of the Latvian business
environment and the importance of reputation in Latvian companies. Also describes the
ratings of Latvian companies - “Latvijas vērtīgāko uzņēmumu TOP101” and “TOP darba
devējs”.
The third chapter is an analysis of the impact of reputation factors on the
professional image of companies and cooperation opportunities. The author of the thesis,
using the comparison method and the case analysis method, analyzes the strong and weak
reputation factors of three companies as well as analyzes the bonuses provided in the job
offer and reviews the social networks of the companies. At the end of the chapter, the
author of the thesis also confirms the hypothesis.
In the fourth chapter, the author of the work presents proposals and conclusions
on the topic of the work “Society's attitude towards entrepreneurship in Latvia: research
on reputation factors”. The most important results of the study are that reputation is
important for a business person and each person can individually assess the reputation of
a company at their own discretion.
The work consists of 38 pages, 7 images and 2 tables. The work mainly uses
sources from official state websites, various news articles, company websites and their
social networks. The work also includes sources from English. The total number of
sources used is 81.
