Abstract (latvian):

Spoks stāsti ir viens no izplatītākiem žanriem 21. gs. Pa kādam spoku stāstu krājumam atrodas katrā bērnu vai pieaugušo bibliotēkā. Neskatoties uz to, vai spoku stāsti ir saglabājušies mutvārdu tradīcijā vai izklaides industrijas filmās vai grāmatās, tie vēl joprojām ir temati, kurus atcer vai piemien vēlos vakaros, piemērotā gaisotnē. Spoku stāsti ir stāsti par pārdabisko pieredzi ikdienišķā vidē. Par dzīvību un nāvi - vai cilvēks dzīvo mūžīgi gara veidolā vai sadrūp pīšļos zārkā. Jautājums par ticību un neticību paranormālam, līdz galam neizprotamam, iespējamam, nepieņemam un biedējošam, ir spoku stāstos klātesošs. Spoku stāsti tiek izmantoti kā dekoratīvs elements, lai atdzīvinātu kādu vēsturisko telpu un vienlaikus iebiedētu tūristus. Spoku stāsti, kas ir palīglīdzeklis iebiedēšanai vienlaikus, ietver arī izklaidēšanas funkciju. Vai Spoku stāsti kā viens no raksturojošiem elementiem ir daļa no jebkuras grupas? Vai varbūt spoku stāsti ir raksturīgi tikai konkrētām grupām un ārpus šīm grupām tie sastopami reti un gandrīz nemaz? Sava pētniecības darba ietvaros novērošu studentu, tā spoku stāstu repertuāra raksturojošās iezīmes un iepazīšos, vai spoku stāstu stāstīšana ir aktuāla arī studijas gados.

Abstract (english):

Ghost stories are well known even in 21. centuary. There are many books with ghost motive in every children or adult library. Ghost stories tell paranormal events that happens in everyday life. Question like – is there life after death – is often present in ghost stories. Ghosts stories are at the same time a tool for entertainment and intimidation. What kind of ghost stories are told in students enviroment is one of the main topics in this work. Do students know any ghost stories? Are stories present in students life? My reserch probelem is to undersatnd what kind of ghost stories are told by students. Hypothesies – Students ghost stories repertoire mostly consist of stories of personal experiance from the past but sometimes study enviremnet is a tool for new ghost story creations. This work consist of 4 parts. Firts part of this work describe ghost stories character and it gener borderline. Second part of this work describe spirtis of latvian mythology and how mass media influance ghost stories creation. Thrid part of this work describe character of students ghosts stories and the importance of childhood memories. In the last part there is students ghost stories analyze that was collected in study enviroment. The methods for this work is 1. literature interpetation 2. interviews 3. observation. Research conclusion is that ghost stories that are told by students are connected to childhood memories. The biggest infuance is middle school and elementary school years. Stories are about school, other buildings, variations of bloody Marry rituals, about dreams of relative spirits.
