Maģistra darba tēma ir “Mākslīgā intelekta loma digitālā mārketinga stratēģijas
izstrādē un īstenošanā.” Darba autors – Nils Blumbergs.
Darbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām.
Abstract (english):
The topic of the master's thesis is "The role of artificial intelligence in the
development and implementation of digital marketing strategy." The author of the work
– Nils Blumbergs.
This master’s thesis examines the role of artificial intelligence in the development
and implementation of digital marketing strategies. The hypothesis of the study states
that the integration of artificial intelligence tools into the development and
implementation of digital marketing strategies reduces time consumption and facilitates
task execution while improving the efficiency and accuracy of target audience reach. The
aim of the study is to analyse the role of artificial intelligence tools in digital marketing
strategy development and implementation by evaluating their impact on work efficiency,
time consumption, and targeting precision.
The study includes an analysis of scientific literature on digital marketing,
artificial intelligence, and its application in marketing. Both quantitative and qualitative
research methods were used in the empirical part of the study, including a company
survey and an expert interview. The survey involved 109 companies, while the expert
interview was conducted with Guntis Čoders, founder and CEO of THEO Growth.
The thesis consists of four chapters. The first chapter analyses the concept,
development, and main channels of digital marketing. The second chapter examines the
concept of artificial intelligence, its types, and development trends in business. The third
chapter focuses on the application of artificial intelligence in digital marketing,
particularly in personalisation, advertisement optimisation, content generation, customer
service, and data analytics. The fourth chapter presents the empirical research results,
analysing company experience and expert insights regarding the use of artificial
intelligence in digital marketing.
The results of the study indicate that artificial intelligence significantly reduces
time consumption, helps automate routine tasks, and improves the precision of target
audience targeting. At the same time, the study concludes that the effective use of
artificial intelligence is strongly dependent on data quality, organisational competence,
and a strategic approach to technology integration.
The thesis consists of 65 pages, includes 33 figures, 2 appendices, and 36
literature and information sources.
